This is an application for extension of time to furnish sureties. By an order dated 19/8/2016 the applicant was directed to be released on bail on the condition that he shall furnish PR bond of Rs.1,00,000/- with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the applicant has already submitted the documents pertaining to the sureties with the Trial Court. However, due to intervening holidays, the same could not be processed.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application the period to furnish sureties is hereby extended by six weeks from today. The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S.GADKARI, J.)
