Considering the submissions made by learned AGP for the applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out a case for allowing Civil Application. Hence following order.

O R D E R

i) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus :

"(b) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 228 days in filing the abovementioned First Appeal against the Judgment and Award dated 13.04.2017 passed by the Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mahad, Raigad in L.A.R. No. 33 of 2006. "

ii) Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. iii) No order as to costs.
