The applicant seeks intervention / impleadment as respondent no.5 in Writ Petition No.14126 of 2018 by holding and declaring that the order dated 6th April, 2018 passed by the State Government is pre-mature and illegal.

Mr.Sabban, learned counsel for the applicant states that his client has applied for allotment of the land in question which is the subject matter of the notice under section 127 of the M.R.T.P. Act, 1966 upon the petitioner by the Collector and thus any order that may be passed in this writ petition would cause prejudice to the applicant. The application made by the applicant before the Collector for allotment of the said land.

It is not the case of the applicant that the said land which is the subject matter of the notice under section 127 of the M.R.T.P. Act, 1966 is already allotted to the applicant. We are thus not inclined to grant any relief in this interim application filed by the applicant.

The interim application is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
