DATE : NOVEMBER 14, 2017 P.C.:- Learned counsel for the Respondent No.2, Mr.A.M.Saraogi states that the Petition filed by Respondent No.2 in this Court being Writ Petition No.690 of 2017 challenging the directions issued under section 79(1) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 issued by the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, R-North Ward, Mumbai would be amended so as to join the Petitioners to the above Petition and also others, who are similarly situated as the Petitioners on the basis that the said order also enures to the benefit of the Petitioners

2 7) wp12147-17.doc and others. In view of said statement, it is not necessary to consider the above Petition for grant of any reliefs. The above Petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to apply, if the occasion so arises in future.
