The learned counsel for the applicant-insurer submits that the appellant has deposited the entire amount of compensation alongwith the interested accrued thereon in terms of the impugned award 27th April 2017 passed by the learned Member, MACT, Raigad @ Alibag in MACA. No. 150 OF 2010.

This Court, by a separate order, has permitted the claimants to withdraw a portion of the amount of compensation. 4.

Hence, there shall be stay to the execution, operation and Shraddha Talekar, PS 1/2
