Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the FIR is yet not registered.

From the perusal of the letter dated 1 August 2023, it appears that the nature of the allegations against the applicant is that of cheating. 4.

In view of the above, in the event the investigating agency proposes to proceed against the applicant, a notice under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, if warrated by law, be given to the applicant. 5.

The application stands disposed.
