Parties through their Counsel. In this Petition prayer made by the Petitioners are to direct Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against illegal construction being raised by Respondent Nos. 3 to 7. Learned Counsel appearing for the Gram Panchayat submits that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court a meeting of Gram Panchayat, Tiwri was held and a resolution has been passed on 5th June, 2016 holding that the construction raised by the Respondent Nos. 3 to 7 be regularised.

In view of the aforesaid subsequent development we dispose of this Petition with liberty to the Petitioners to challenge the said resolution of the Gram Panchayat, Tiwri, if so advised. With the aforesaid liberty this Petition is disposed of.
