Heard. Learned APP appearing for the Applicants-State submits that delay has occurred in filing affidavit-in-reply. By an
2 of 2 APPW.424.2015 order dated 14 August 2015, Applicant nos.1 to 6 herein were directed to file reply affidavits within four weeks. Affidavit-in-reply has been filed today.

We find that present application was filed by State on 22 September 2015 seeking extension of four weeks to comply with the order dated 14 August 2015. The explanation offered for delay is not convincing. We, however, take on record affidavit-in-reply, subject to payment of costs of Rs.2,000/- within two weeks from today.
