This is an application for bringing legal representatives of original petitioner -Shri Anant Keshav Paknikar. The original petitioner died on 2.9.2014, leaving behind the applicants. Civil Application is filed on 29.9.2014. Office remark shows that Civil Application is filed in time. Mr Joglekar states that notices in the main petition are not issued to the respondents. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Civil Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

Amendment in the main Petition shall be carried out within 14 days from today.
