The Petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Appellate Bench of Small Causes Court, Mumbai dated 20 January 2016 and order passed in Review Petition on 22 June 2016. By order dated 20 January 2016 all that the Appellate Bench has done is to direct that the application taken out by the Petitioner for additional evidence to be heard along with the appeal. This order is sought to be reviewed which has been rejected. The Petition is thoroughly misconceived. No interference is warranted in the discretionary order passed by the learned Appellate Bench which has taken a view that the application for additional evidence to be heard along with the appeal.
