Having heard Mr. Samdani, learned senior counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Panday, learned counsel for respondent No.4 and on perusing the prayers, we find that the petitioners are challenging the order of learned Metropolitan Magistrate under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002. The criminal writ petition is, therefore, not maintainable.

Mr. Samdani, learned senior counsel faced with this difficulty, seeks leave to convert this petition into Original Side Civil Writ Petition. Leave as prayed for, is granted. Necessary amendment be carried forthwith.
