I do not see any reason to entertain the present Civil Application as the reliefs claimed are untenable. It is however clarified that as

510..doc regards the entitlement of the applicant, he may take recourse to appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.

Needless to mention that the affidavit filed by respondent No.7 and which is at page 13 will obviously not bind the applicant to claim his rightful entitlement if any in accordance with law.
