No.607 of 2022 registered with Pandharpur City Police Station, Solapur (Rural), the police have submitted charge-sheet on 15th September, 2022 in the Court of learned Special Judge under S.C. S.T. Act, Solapur.

2) Petitioner therefore is having alternate remedy under the provisions of Cr.P.C., before the trial Court. 3) By reserving the said alternate remedy, Petition is disposed off. 4) All contentions of both parties are kept open.
