Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties and having gone through the writ petition, we deem it fit and convenient to dispose of this writ petition by directing 1st Respondent to decide the proposal dated 25th August 2015 submitted by Tehsildar, Solapur, copy of which annexed at Exhibit-C to this petition, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and 1st Respondent shall decide the said proposal on its own merits.
