This Application is taken out for expediting the hearing of the above Writ Petition No.639 of 2009. Similar Application was made earlier being Civil Application No.910 of 2015 which was rejected by this Court (Coram : N.M. Jamdar, J.) by his Order dated 5 th December, 2015. Since no case of change in circumstances is made out by the Applicant, the question of once again considering the same prayer does not arise. Hence, the above Civil Application is rejected. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed off.
