Rule. Learned Advocate for the Respondent waives service, and the Civil Application is by consent taken up for fnal hearing. 2.

Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. 3.

The execution and operation of the impugned order dated 10th April, 2017 is stayed subject to the Applicant depositing with the Trial Court the amount awarded i.e. Rs.2,71,28,647/- along with interest within a period of one week from today. The Respondent is allowed to withdraw the amount upon furnishing the bank guarantee of a nationalized bank or furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the trial court. The rule is accordingly made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
