Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing Respondent No.2 to decide the Petitioner's appeal, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-C to the petition, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

In order to enable Respondent No.2 to comply with this order, the Petitioner shall attend the office of Respondent No. 2 with a copy of the said appeal and copy of this order on 5th March 2018. 3.
