The order under challenge is passed by the Appellate Authority on First Appeal preferred by the Petitioner under Sub-section (1) of Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005. Under Sub-section
(1) of Section 19 of the said Act of 2005, the remedy of filing Second Appeal is available to the Petitioner. In view of the availability of efficacious remedy, we decline to entertain this Petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India. By expressly keeping open the said remedy, the Petition is disposed of. All contentions on merits are kept open.
