Learned counsel for the parties submit that the question involved in this matter has already been considered and decided by the two Division Benches of this Court, firstly in the case of Sanjay Haribhau Munnur vs. The State of Maharashtra and others in Writ Petition No. 3223 of 2002 decided at Aurangabad Bench of this court on 13th September 2017, as also in the case of Ankita Ashok Nimmalwar vs. State of Maharashtra & others in Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 25738 of 2017 decided on 25th September, 2017. They submit that this petition be also disposed of on the same terms.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, for the reasons stated in the said order passed in case of Ankita Ashok Nimmalwar (supra), we allow this petition and set aside the impugned order passed by the Caste Scrutiny Committee. We direct the Caste Scrutiny Committee to grant the caste certificate to the petitioner of the Scheduled Tribe "Mannervarlu" on receipt of authenticated copy of this order. ( G.S. KULKARNI, J.)
