Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

The matter was adjourned on the last date to enable the learned APP to take instructions whether the original documents are in the custody of the Dahisar Police Station or not. Learned APP on the instructions of the investigating officer, who is present in Court

APL 1169-16.doc states that all the original documents which were sought for by the learned counsel for the Applicant are in their custody and that the concerned officer will take appropriate steps to place the said original documents sought for by the Applicants, before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 26th Court, Borivali, Mumbai, on the next date i.e. 13.10.2016. The said statement is accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement, learned counsel for the Applicant does not press this Application. Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.
