According to the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner in the earlier round of litigation, this Court vide order dated 08/12/2017 passed in Writ Petition No.13542/17 had directed the Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste validity claim of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible. The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Petitioners caste validity claim has not yet been decided by the Committee as yet.

Having regard to the aforesaid, we dispose of this Petition for fixing the time limit for deciding the Petitioner Caste validity claim. Accordingly, the Respondent No.1 District Caste Scrutiny Certificate Committee, Solapur is directed to decide the Petitioner's Caste validity claim pending before it within a period of three months from today.

With the aforesaid directions the Petition is disposed of. 6.

The protection, granted earlier while disposing of the Writ Petition No.13542/17 by Court, shall continue till the matter is decided by the Caste Scrutiny Committee. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.) (SHANTANU S. KEMKAR, J.)
