It is submitted that the application has been given by the Petitioner for the first time affiliation to the Master in Computer Application Course for the academic year 2021-22. The same is not decided.

Learned Counsel for the University on the instructions submits that the University will consider the same application for academic year 2022-23 and the said decision would be taken by the University on the application of the Petitioner for affiliation within one week. Statement is accepted.

In view of the above-said statement, Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly with no order as to costs.

In view of the disposal of the Writ Petition, Contempt Petition is also disposed of.
