Since we were not inclined to quash the proceeding i.e. C.R. No.145 of 2022 registered with Mandrup Police Station, Dist. Solapur with the consent of the complainant i.e. respondent no.2, learned Counsel for the applicants sought leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a discharge application before the trial Court.

Application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

If such application for discharge is filed by the applicants before the trial Court, the learned Judge shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this application.
