This Writ Petition is preferred against the order dated 13th August 2015 passed by Family Court No.4, Pune, below Exhibit-10 in P.A. No.1369 of 2013, thereby allowing the application Exhibit-10 filed by the Respondent-wife for interim maintenance, under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act.

Mrs. Panchakshari, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that, on 28th June 2016, P.A. No.1369 of 2013 is dismissed for want of prosecution.

In view thereof, this Writ Petition has become infructuous; hence, stands disposed off.
