We record the statement made by the learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 that the direction contained in order dated 3rd January, 2013 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 4411 of 2012 of which the non compliance has been alleged, has been complied with. He has placed on record the letter dated 15th February, 2016 with other documents indicating that the direction contained in the said order has been complied with.
