During the pendency of the petition, the petitioner has filed FIR with the Wadala Truck Terminal Police Station and the same is registered on 27.10.2014. It is not the case of the petitioner that the police are not conducting the investigation properly. When the petition was filed, there was no FIR by the petitioner. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to interfere in this petition. Suffice to direct the Wadala Truck Terminal Police Station to complete the pps
