For reasons set out therein, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which is reproduced hereunder : "(a)This Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Appellants to delete and relinquish their claim over parcel of lands mentioned in Schedule I herein and more precisely described under various conveyance deeds (Exhibit A - F) enumerated under para 3 (b) of the instant Application as well as Affidavits dated 06-05-2014 (Exhibit G) and 01-08-2017 (Exhibit H) vide Order 23 Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908".

Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed off. 3.
