The applicant is seeking bail in Cr No.32/2015 registered with Dombivli Police Station under Section 377 of the I.P.C. read with Section 4 and 5 of the POCSA Act. After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant when this court was not inclined to grant any relief to the applicant, the learned counsel on instruction from the relatives of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh application before the trial court, if the trial pertaining to Crime No.32/2015 registered with Dombivli Police Station does not commence within a period of one year from today. Leave and liberty granted. Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
