Heard the learned Counsel for parties. This Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). However, the learned Counsel for some of the Respondents points out that in the schedule, the name of the widow is incorrectly stated as URS

2 CAC 591-14 in CRA 516-08.doc-20 'Sushila Balkrishna Narote, when, in fact, the correct name is 'Shalini Balkrishna Narote'. Further, the learned Counsel points out that even the said Shalini Narote has since expired on 07/05/2015. The learned Counsel further points out that Sachin Balkrishna Narote is a mentally challenged person and therefore, application shall have to be made for appointment of a guardian.

The Civil Application is allowed subject to the aforesaid. The Applicant to take steps within two weeks from today in view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned Counsel for Respondents. Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. 3.

Civil Application is disposed of.
