The Petitioner is before this Court with a grievance that inspite of acquisition of his land by Respondent No.4 for the purpose of Chandole Reserved Forest and retaining 65% of the total compensation somewhere in the year 1999 but till date alternate land is not given to the Petitioner. Right from the year 1999 they have addressed letters to Megha 1/2

Megha 18_wp_13305_2017.doc Respondent-Sub Divisional Officer, Ichalkaranji Division and the same is not attended to.

We direct the Respondent-Sub-Divisional Officer, Ichalkaranji Division to consider the Writ Petition as a representation and dispose of the same within two months from today. 4.

Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of.
