The petitioner by way of present petition challenges the finalization of voters list. The election process is already set in motion. Any interference at this stage, would result in stalling the election process. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this petition under extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court and in view of the judgment passed by the Apex Court in Election Commission of India Vs.
