On instruction of Mrs. Magdum, the Executive Engineer, learned counsel for Respondent No. 4 submits that the amount of compensation under the award will be deposited with Respondent No. 3 within two weeks from today. He also submits that the balance ground rent with interest if permissible, as may be payable to the Petitioners will be paid directly to the Petitioners on or before 31st March, 2017.
