Learned Counsel for the Applicant, at the outset, states that the Anticipatory Bail Application preferred by the applicant is pending before the Sessions Court at Thane. He submits that the application for Anticipatory Bail was filed on 22nd September, 2015 and the learned Judge issued notice returnable on 25th September, 2015. He states that inspite of the arguments being heard on 25th September, 2015, the matter was adjourned to 1st October, 2015. He submits that the applicant is without any ad-interim relief and requests that the learned Judge be directed to decide the application for ad-interim relief or decide the same finally on 1st 1/3

2/3 October, 2015.

Learned APP has no objection if such a direction is passed. Accordingly, the learned Judge who is seized of the Anticipatory Bail Application of the applicant, is requested to consider the prayer for interim relief or decide the application finally tomorrow i.e. 1st October, 2015.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.

It is made clear, that this application has not been heard on merits and the learned Judge to decide the same on its own merits. 6.
