Learned APP on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Thane Central Prison, Thane submitted that, since 13.03.2022 till 24.11.2022, the Petitioner was produced before the trial Court either physically or through video conference on 11 occasions. However, on more than 15 occasions he could not be produced for want of adequate Police escort. He further submitted that, the Jail Authority has already communicated to the concerned Court for providing it a video conference link for avoiding inconvenience to the Court so also to the persons like Petitioner. 2.
