1] The learned counsel for the Appellant seek withdrawal of the Appeal, in the wake of communication dated 15.03.2023 addressed by the General Secretary of the Travel Agents Association of India, Respondent Nos.1 and 2, in favour of Sangam Travels, thereby, intimating that TAAI and Sangam Travels have settled their disputes and it is agreed that they shall not prosecute any pending cases against each other and shall not initiate any adverse actions. The Appellant claims to be a Travel Agent accredited by the International Air Transport Association, for his Chennai office and Trichy Office, who conduct its business in the name and style of M/s.Sangam Travels.

2] Since withdrawal is sought in the wake of said communication, Appeal is permitted to be withdrawn and stands disposed of as such. No order as to costs.
