Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application, the Applicant seeks modification of the condition set out in clause (i) of para 5, imposed by this Court vide order dated 8th July, 2019, passed in Bail Application No.140 of 2019. 3.

The condition of which modification is sought, reads thus:- "5.

(i) The Applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing P. R.

2/2 909-appp.1225.2019.doc Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount;

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a resident of Osmanabad and hence is unable to furnish local sureties as directed by this Court.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the condition set out in clause (i) of para 5, imposed by this Court vide order dated 8th July, 2019, passed in Bail Application No.140 of 2019, is modified. Accordingly, the Applicant shall now be enlarged on bail, on executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. Rest of the conditions imposed vide order dated 8th July, 2019, to remain as it is.

The Application is allowed and disposed of in above terms. 7.
