Learned APP, on instructions from Senior Police Inspector, Nalasopara Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, the trial of Petitioner i.e. Sessions Case No. 23 of 2017 arising out of C.R. No.105 of 2017 registered with Nalasopara Police Station has already commenced and as of today the prosecution has examined two witnesses. That, the Trial Court has now scheduled the said case for further proceedings on 13th February 2022. 2.
