This is an application for modifcation of the condition No. 4(iv) of the order dated 21st November, 2021 passed in Bail Application No. 2332 of 2019. By the said condition, the applicants have been directed to report to the concerned Police Station once in a month i.e. frst Saturday of the Month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till further orders. 2.

It is undisputed that the charge-sheet was already fled when the said order was passed and the Applicants are regularly attending the trial.

Learned APP did not dispute that there is no further investigation which is to be carried out.

In such circumstances, Interim Application is allowed. Condition No.4(iv) of the order dated 21st November, 2019 in Bail Application No.2332 of 2019 about attendance at Police Station is hereby relaxed.
