The above Civil Application has been filed for interim stay pending the Appeal. The subject matter of the First Appeal is a judgment and order passed by the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation. The sum awarded is to the tune of Rs.4,23,580/- with 12% interest. The said decretal amount comes to Rs.5,49,470/- as per the Insurance Company. The said amount has already been deposited by the Insurance Company. In my view, it would be just and proper to confirmed the ad-interim relief. The Civil Application is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. [R.M. SAVANT, J] BGP.
