It is not disputed by Mr. Dhond, learned senior advocate for the petitioner, that complaints lodged by the applicant in Interim Application No. 18511 of 2022 have given rise to all the proceedings against the petitioner. In such view of the matter, we are of the clear view that the applicant ought to be permitted to participate in these proceedings. Let the cause title of the writ petition be amended suitably by impleading the applicant as the respondent no. 7. Amendment shall be carried out forthwith.

Let a copy of the amended writ petition be served on Mr. Dubey, learned advocate for the respondent no. 7 in course of tomorrow.

The respondent no. 7 as well as the other respondents shall be at liberty to file reply affidavit/s by 16th November 2022; rejoinder thereto, if any, may be filed by 22nd November 2022.

List the PIL petition on 24th November 2022.
