Though none appears for the petitioner but since the Petition purports to espouse a public cause, we have perused the Petition. 2.

Prayer made in the petition is to delete the name of a caste or a tribe if it finds a mention in the name of an organization which is registered with the Government body.

On what legal basis the prayer can be granted has not been pleaded. On facts, it is pleaded that when the members of the said organization create social drift and spread hatred through hate

No statute been pleaded which prohibits use of the name of a caste or a tribe in the name of an organization, we find no merit in the Public Interest Litigation, which is dismissed in limine. N.M. JAMDAR, J.
