By this civil application, applicant is seeking condonation of 336 days delay in filing first appeal, challenging Judgment and Award dated 4.4.2016 passed by MACT,Mumbai in Application no.2682/2008 holding that Respondents/Claimant is entitled compensation of Rs.17,37,484/- with interest @ 9% p.a.
