Heard learned counsel for the applicant-Insurance Company. 2.

This is an application seeking stay to the implementation and operation of the Judgment and Order dated 30th June 2016 passed by the Commissioner for Employees' Compensation and Judge, Labour Court, Satara, in Application (W.C.A.) No.41/C-14 of 2014. 3.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant-Insurance Company that the entire amount of compensation, as awarded by the Tribunal, has already been deposited with the office of the Commissioner for Employees' Compensation and Judge, Labour Court, Satara. The deposit receipt to that effect is also produced for perusal of the Court. 1/2 CAF-4471-16==.doc

In view thereof, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The Tribunal is directed to invest the compensation amount deposited by the applicant-Insurance Company in any Nationalized Bank, initially for a period of one year, to be renewed from time to time thereafter till disposal of the First Appeal.
