Mr. Gupte, learned senior counsel for the Petitioner by inviting our attention to the order passed by the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge, Mangaon, Raigad dated 02.02.2022 submits that in detailed order on an Application seeking discharge, the learned District Judge assigned the reasons in paragraphs 4 & 5 and ultimately, the Application was allowed and the Petitioner was discharged from the said case. In view of the order passed by the learned District Judge, nothing survives for consideration in the present Petition. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of.
