The complainant and respondent no. 2 jointly request for quashing of the FIR. The FIR is under the provisions of section 279, 337 of the Indian Penal Code and 134 A and B of the Motor Vehicles Act. The same has arisen out of an accident. Respondent no.2 has tendered affidavit bringing on record the terms and conditions of the settlement. She accepts that she has received the nilegaonkar 1/2
