P.C. :- 1] Since this application is not opposed, the same is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (i). Further on the oral request made by the learned counsel for the applicant, leave is granted to deposit the compensation amount upto December 2018 within one week from today.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that now leave has been granted to the landlord to withdraw the compensation amount, leave may be granted to the applicant to pay the compensation amount directly to the landlord. The learned counsel for the landlord also submits that this will be a better arrangement. Accordingly, leave is granted to the applicant/tenant to pay the 1/2

Dinesh Sherla 23-cac-587-18 in cra-337-14 compensation amount directly to the landlord. The landlord shall receive such amount subject to further orders that may be passed in the Civil Revision Application including orders for bringing back such amount together with interests as may be determined. 3] Civil Application is disposed of.
