The interim maintenance awarded is of Rs.3,000/- per month per respondent i.e. Rs.100/- per day for each of the respondent. 2.

The award of maintenance is based on the affidavit Exhibit 94, 95, 96 and 97.

Considering the property owned by the present petitioner and the expected income therefrom, the relationship between respondent no.1 Pallavi with deceased son of the petitioner namely

The petition fails. Dismissed.
