The relief sought in the above Civil Application by the original Petitioners is a contradiction in terms to the relief sought in the above Petition. The above Petition was filed challenging an order transferring the suits which were pending before the various Courts in the City Civil Court to one Court in the City Civil Court. Be that as it may, since the Writ Petition has been dismissed, no relief can be granted to the Applicants/Petitioners in the above Civil Application. The Civil Application is accordingly rejected.
