The learned senior counsel for the applicants submits that all the witnesses examined by the prosecution have turned hostile. It is submitted that the applicants may, thus, be released on bail. 3.

Considering the fact that the trial has commenced, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. However, as the applicants are in jail for more than five years, the trial Court shall conclude the trial within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. MJ Jadhav 1 / 2

If the trial is not concluded as directed above, then the applicants are at liberty to move an application for bail before the trial Court.
