In paragraph 1 in the second and third line of the order, the words mentioned as "Motor Accident Tribunal" shall be read as "Railway Claims Tribunal".

Insofar as paragraph 5 of the order is concerned, it is clarified that this Court has not expressed any views on the past conduct of the petitioner while appearing in the Railway Claims Tribunal.

The order dated 19th March, 2018 stands corrected accordingly.
